All Power2It Performance Products are covered under
the manufacturer's warranty which will be enclosed on a warranty card with
your product order.
All Edge Products are
covered by a Two Year Limited Warranty. All Edge Products' product lines
are covered under this warranty and are guaranteed to be free from
manufacturing and material defects. for the specified period of time from
the date of Retail Purchase. Please refer to your warranty card enclosed
with the product. Refurbished modules are covered under a separate one-year
limited warranty (with proof of purchase receipt). This warranty is limited
to the original purchaser only. A copy of the original invoice showing the
date the product was sold must accompany all warranty claims.
Any defects resulting from faulty manufacturing and/or
materials will be warranted by Edge Products by replacement of the defective
part only. Under No Circumstance will Edge Products assume any extra labor
costs due to defective merchandise. Nor will Edge Products assume any
liability for this product if improperly installed, misused, installed on
incorrect applications, or without recommended hardware.
All warranty claims should be handled in accordance with
the following guidelines:
1.) Requests for warranty - Returned Materials
Authorization (RMA) Number must include part number, description of
defect, and a copy of the original sales receipt to the end user showing
the date the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE: The issuance of an RMA
Number does not guarantee credit will be issued. See conditions listed
below.
2.) The RMA Number must be displayed on the
outside of the returned carton.
3.) For products covered under our limited
warranty, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the product
was purchased within the warranty period.
4.) Warranty returns must be shipped freight
prepaid by and Edge Products specified carrier. Freight collect shipments
will be refused. Freight credit will be issued upon agreement that the
product is warrantable.
5.) Under no circumstance may a deduction be taken
before a Credit Memo is issued.
6.) Items that do not qualify for warranty credit will
be disposed of at our facility after 30 days, and no credit will be
issued. Customers may request that these items be returned at their
expense.
